  • Which plan is best for me and my team?

    Relay.app’s pricing is based on the number of seats you need.

    The Starter plan is great for individuals. You can run unlimited automations for a flat monthly fee. And it includes two seats, so we encourage you to add a teammate!

    If you need 3 or more teammates to build or run your playbooks, sign up for Team plan. Like the Starter plan, you’ll get unlimited automations for a flat fee. Each team seat is just $9 per month when billed annually.

    You can change plans anytime if your team size changes. If you’re not sure yet, just sign up for a free 100-automation trial to see if Relay.app will meet your needs.

    If your organization has specific requirements (like supporting a large team, custom integration needs, or specific security requirements), just reach out to us at sales@relay.app and we can see if an Enterprise plan is right for you.

  • What is included in a "seat"?

    You’ll need a seat for everyone in your Relay.app workspace who needs to:

    • Edit playbooks
    • Run automations using their own credentials
    • Complete human-in-the-loop actions like completing tasks and filling out forms

    Recipients of email and Slack automations aren’t included in this seat count.

  • What does "unlimited" mean?

    Unlimited means that you can create as many playbooks as you need, add as many automations as you like, and run them as often as you want—all for one monthly rate.

    That said, both Relay.app and the services that Relay.app integrates with have rate limits to prevent misuse and unintended usage spikes. Misuse will result in paused or closed accounts.

  • How does Relay.app’s pricing compare to other workflow automation tools like Zapier?

    Relay.app is designed to be a collaborative team product. Our approach to pricing is unique in that plans are based on the number of users in your workspace, rather than the number of automations or operations you need to run. We find this to be a more predictable way for teams to budget for their automation needs.

  • What do you provide in terms of customer support?

    The Relay.app team prides itself on outstanding customer support and speedy response times. We strive to reply to our customers promptly and resolve minor issues within 48 hours.

    For our Enterprise customers, we also offer accelerated development times for certain integration and feature requests that are critical to our customers’ workflows.

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Yes. Just head to relay.app/billing to cancel at any time.
